LAVIX Fitness is a personal training studio based in Desa ParkCity, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. We provide private one-on-one personal training sessions, nutritional guidance, and wellness consultations.
We never push you to a hundred per cent. We stop at ninety-nine — the point where the work still feels right for how your body is that day — in a calm space made for listening to it.
